¿Cómo instalar Microsoft 365 Apps for Business?
Pasos a seguir:
1. Ingrese al portal de “My Sign-Ins” (microsoft.com) a través del link:
2. Inicie sesión con las credenciales emitidas por Microsoft.

3. Debe realizar la descarga en su celular de Microsoft autheticador y seguir los pasos.
4. Debe registrar en la app una cuenta de correo existente de Outlook y su clave.
5. Agregue los datos del registro para poder usar la aplicación: nombre, apellido, país, fecha de nacimiento y dirección de correo alternativo.
6. Ingrese en “Admin”.

7. Cree un nuevo usuario.
8. Llene el formulario de información básica.
9. Asigne las licencias.
10. Puede realizar la configuración (Opcional) y finalizar.
11. Configure la opción de administrar licencias de producto.
Importante: Se puede crear “n” cantidad de usuarios, pero sólo se puede asignar la cantidad de licencias adquiridas.
12. Debe ingresar de nuevo desde My Sign-Ins (microsoft.com) y seguir los pasos de inicio.
13. Ingrese su usuario, clave y registre la cuenta en la aplicación de Microsoft autheticador.

Importante: Cada vez que se inicie sesión se debe aprobar la solicitud desde la aplicación.
14. Ingrese a la Página principal de Microsoft Office y seleccione instalar Office, se iniciará automáticamente la descarga de Office en el escritorio.
15. Al culminar la instalación debe abrir un programa “Word” o cualquier otro programa.
16. Ingrese en “Archivo”.
17. Luego ingrese a “Cuenta”.
18. En los 5 equipos que se instale el office se debe registrar la cuenta de Usuario Activo en My Sign-Ins.

- Clave: ******
Importante: Solicite al cliente el número de contacto y correo que se debe agregar en Información de Seguridad de My Sign-Ins.
